At India's Biggest Pet Festival, we want you and your furry friends to love your festival fashion, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and includes the original tags to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-site check to ensure the product is free of pet hair and odors.
Free Doorstep Pickup
Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost to you, typically arriving within 24 to 48 hours of your request.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your new size within 5 business days.
